وشدد ميدو على أن الصراعات التاريخية بين كبار الحكام على مر الأجيال أدت إلى تدهور مستوى التحكيم المصري بشكل كبير.

وتأتي تصريحات ميدو بالتزامن مع الأزمة التي أثيرت أمس الأحد بين إبراهيم نور الدين المدير الفني للجنة الحكام، والحكم الدولي السابق جهاد جريشة.

وكان جهاد جريشة قد صرح بأن منظومة التحكيم “محتاجة تيجي على المحارة”، في إشارة إلى ضرورة تغيير كل أفرادها، وهذا التصريح أغضب نور الدين وطالب لجنة الحكام بضرورة امتثال جريشة للتحقيق.

وكتب ميدو عبر حسابه الرسمي بمنصة “أكس”: “منظومة التحكيم في مصر كفيلة بإفساد أي بطولة.. صراعات تاريخية بين كبارهم على مر الأجيال أوصلتنا إلى ما وصلنا اليه”.

وتابع: “الجمهور المصري فقد الثقة في التحكيم المصري بفضل أهل التحكيم، إذا تعاقد اتحاد الكرة مع خبير تحكيم أجنبي لإدارة المنظومة سيحاربه أهل التحكيم بكل قوة، وسيتعمدوا إفشاله”.

وأضاف: “وإذا جئت بحكم دولي مصري سابق لإدارة المنظومة، سيحاربه أتباع خصومه المصريين”.

واختتم: “أخطاء بالجملة في السوبر المصري وفي أول جولة من الدوري تنذر بموسم كارثي على المستوى التحكيمي”.

Leeds United ended their three-year stay in the Premier League at the end of the 2022/23 campaign as they were relegated back down to the Championship.

The Whites had been promoted to the top-flight back in the summer of 2020 after Marcelo Bielsa led the team to the second division title in his second season at the club.

He was a huge success at Elland Road and made a number of impressive decisions over the course of his stay in Yorkshire, including the sale of former Leeds star Samu Saiz, who he played a blinder with.

The club swooped to sign the Spanish maestro from Huesca in the summer of 2017, and he caught the eye throughout his debut season in England under Thomas Christiansen and, then, Paul Heckingbottom.

Often deployed as a number ten in a 4-2-3-1 system, the right-footed whiz offered quality as both a scorer and a creator of goals throughout the 2017/18 campaign.

As you can see in the table above, the Whites midfielder was a star for the club with contributions at the top end of the pitch, given that he led the team in dribbles per match and was second only to Pablo Hernandez in key passes per game.

Bielsa then arrived in the summer of 2018 and described Sainz as the "most skilled" player in the squad. However, the Spaniard failed to hit the same heights in front of goal with a return of zero goals and four assists in 19 Championship appearances during the first half of the campaign.

The Argentine boss was ruthless in his approach as he allowed the attacking midfielder to leave on loan to join Getafe for the second half of the season, before cashing in on a permanent basis in the summer of 2019.

It was reported that the talented gem was not settled in Leeds and wanted a return to his home country. Instead of trying to convince the 5 foot 9 star to remain at Elland Road, Bielsa – and sporting director Victor Orta – allowed him to sign for Girona on a permanent deal ahead of the 2019/20 campaign.

Saiz went on to produce 12 goals and 17 assists in 119 appearances for the Spanish outfit, with the majority of those games coming in the second division in Spain, before his move to Sivasspor in Turkey in January 2023.

He racked up an eye-catching nine goals and seven assists in 35 outings for the club, and then made the switch to Eyupspor in January of this year.

The former Leeds whiz is, therefore, now playing in the second tier of football in Turkey, with his current club sitting at the top of the table as it stands.

Saiz has contributed with one goal and zero assists in seven league outings for Eyupspor, and lost 72% of his duels, since his move from Sivasspor in January.

Overall, Bielsa played a blinder with the sale of the Spanish wizard as his career never really kicked on after his spell in Yorkshire, with a long spell in Spain's second tier before a transfer to Turkey – outside of Europe's major leagues – and now their second tier, whilst Leeds went on to win promotion to the Premier League.

That said, he came up with two important goals, two of which displayed different skills that the winger is slowly developing, with the first highlighting his anticipation and ability to press, and the second showing excellent movement and desire.

To further support the influence he had on the team, Manchester Evening News journalist Samuel Luckhurst handed Garnacho an 8/10 rating for his performance, but he still wasn’t the best on the field.

Since moving to United from Ajax for a whopping £86m last summer, Antony has received lots of criticism, particularly for his performances this campaign – previously dubbed "frustrating" by club legend Gary Neville.

The Brazilian has made 24 appearances in the Premier League this season, starting just his 12th time last night, when he finally ended his terrible drought in attack.

Against Mauricio Pochettino’s side, Antony put on a show of intent, and despite giving away a penalty in the first half, he certainly made up for his mistake throughout the rest of the game.

Just like Garnacho, Luckhurst gave the winger an 8/10 rating, stating that 'this was one of his best performances for United', which the table below also indicates.

As you can see, Antony was incredible and impactful down the right, dominating Marc Cucurella from minute one, who was dribbled past on four occasions.

The 24-year-old showed signs of the player the United faithful thought they were signing, completing six out of six dribbles and playing with the freedom to express and entertain.

Nothing provides more evidence for that than his first goal contribution of the Premier League campaign, which was an absolutely beautiful outside-of-the-foot cross that landed on a plate for Garnacho to finish.

On top of that assist, the number 21 played a huge role in the first two goals, and it’s fair to say that he was United’s most threatening attacker on the evening.

Antony was also strong in his duels and put a shift in defensively in what was a complete performance from the winger, who needed just that to revive his United career.

After that showing, Ten Hag will find it extremely difficult to put the former Ajax ace on the bench, which may indicate that as long as he continues to perform, Antony could once again cement himself as the first-choice right winger.

Hathurusingha has moved for compensation through the Court of Arbitration for Sport

Sri Lanka Cricket has decided to terminate Chandika Hathurusingha’s contract as head coach, while Hathurusingha has moved for compensation through the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS), following months of deadlock.Although SLC had suspended Hathurusingha as far back as August last year, they had continued to pay him for several months, while lawyers traded letters and the board sent Hathurusingha a list of alleged failings as head coach. The charges levelled by SLC include failure to adequately prepare the Sri Lanka side for various assignments, and failure to maintain good relationships with players.The board has finally resolved to terminate Hathurusingha’s contract, but the possibility that they will have to pay Hathurusingha a substantial amount for early termination remains. His contract was due to run until December this year.”At the last executive committee meeting, on Friday, it was decided that the contract would be terminated,” board CEO Ashley de Silva told ESPNcricinfo. “I can’t say by memory when we stopped the payments to [Hathurusingha], but I believe it was somewhere around October last year.”The board’s decision came after CAS, a global sporting body that aims to settle disputes related to sports via arbitration, sent them a letter listing Hathurusingha’s demands. De Silva confirmed that SLC is bound to the CAS process, and the board is now understood to be required to respond. This is likely because Hathurusingha’s contract with the board had stipulated that CAS could become involved if something like an early termination did eventuate. CAS will facilitate arbitration, and will effectively function as the intermediary between the parties for as long as this process lasts.Hathurusingha’s demands, conveyed to SLC by CAS, are understood to include not only loss of income from the early termination, but also compensation for damages to his reputation. He had remained in Sri Lanka through the early months of his legal tussle with SLC, but had returned home to Australia after the board’s payments ceased.Hathurusingha is the third head coach in the last five years whose tenure with Sri Lanka was ended before the contracted term was served. Marvan Atapattu and Graham Ford were both elbowed out of the position in 2015 and 2017 respectively.In 2013, SLC had also had to pay Geoff Marsh a substantial settlement after the board had terminated his contract early in 2012.

وأكمل: “لابد أن نقر ونعترف بأن هناك مشكلة في التحكيم المصري، وصراع داخلي في المنظومة التحكيمية، لا يجب أن يكون ذلك على حساب الأندية”.

واستكمل: “إذا كان هذا الدوري محترف، فلابد أن تكون اللجنة محترفة، نريد خبير أجنبي لأنه سيرتقي بالحكام”.

وأكد: “كان يوجد اجتماع لرؤساء الأندية قبل الموسم، طلبنا بضرورة وجود خبير أجنبي، وطلبت أيضاً أن يكون هناك حكام أجانب لكي تحدث منافسة بين الحكام الأجانب والمصريين، لكن الحكم المصري عندما يخطئ يعاقب ويعود مرة أخرى، لأنه لا يوجد غيره”.

ماذا تنتظرون بعد البيان؟ أجاب: “(ننتظر إيه.. نحن سنظل نناشد وواضح إنهم مش بيحبوا غير الصوت العالي والزعيق، وإحنا مش هنسكت مرة تانية لأننا تحملنا كثيرًا)”.

-Chay fez um jogo muito bom, ele já tinha entrado muito bem no jogo contra o Vila Nova, da sexta passada, participou do lance, inclusive, do gol do Navarro. É um jogador técnico, com bom enfrentamento, jogador tático com cumprimento e entendimento muito bom, até porque é um jogador experiente.

– Eu estou muito feliz pela contratação do Chay, porque nós acreditamos no atleta pelo que ele tem entregado, pela forma como ele tem interagido com o grupo e, principalmente, por ele ter feito gol. Hoje, ele mostrou, porque é um jogador que vai nos ajudar bastante.

-Tem uma característica muito interessante, vai nos dar essa possibilidade de ser mais assertivo na construção das jogadas. Ele, inclusive, na própria saída de bola no tiro, ele consegue ter um passe longo muito bom para quebrar as linhas de marcação do adversário.

– Ele tem não só o passe longo, mas também o passe por dentro, onde ele acha os companheiros ali numa condição muito boa. Ele também tem uma condição física muito boa, é muito bem preparado. Ele tem tudo para nos ajudar bastante no aspecto de passe, de construção de jogadas e no aspecto defensivo.

-Foi um teste, um jogo muito difícil. Pela análise que a gente fez no Coritiba na partida contra o Avaí, já esperávamos um time consistente. Com laterais que jogam muito enfiados no campo do adversário, com um bom jogo de construção com Rafinha, com o Léo Gamalho, que é atacante de área, ele ataca muito bem principalmente os cruzamentos e foi bem marcado pela nossa dupla de zaga Kanu e Gilvan, foram muito bem no jogo.
