‘One goal in 14 years!’ – Marcus Rashford likened to Anthony Martial as Roy Keane warns misfiring Man Utd forward that ‘he’s not a child anymore’

Marcus Rashford has been likened to Anthony Martial – a misfiring Manchester United forward that Roy Keane says scores “one goal in 14 years”.

Home-grown star hit 30 goals last seasonJust two to his name in the current campaignRed Devils lacking spark as a collectiveWHAT HAPPENED?

The Red Devils have plenty of international firepower at their disposal, with the likes of Rasmus Hojlund and Antony also forming part of their attacking arsenal. Erik ten Hag’s side are, however, short on goals and drew a blank again in a disappointing 1-0 defeat away at Newcastle.

AdvertisementGettyTHE BIGGER PICTURE

Rashford – who has two efforts to his name through 18 appearances this season – was replaced just after the hour mark at St James’ Park and was caught on camera appearing to question why he is still with the Red Devils. pundit Jamie Carragher has said of the struggling home-grown star: “Watching Marcus Rashford, it was an unacceptable performance, for a few reasons. None of the players came out with any credit, but that lad didn’t play midweek [in the Champions League], so there isn’t any mitigating reason why he hasn’t been 100 per cent. I’ve been a local player and it isn’t easy, especially when your team is not doing well. When it’s not going well, it’s your job to fix it and you’ve got to drag those around you. I’m watching Marcus Rashford and he reminds me of Martial. And that’s the worst possible thing you can probably say about him. A foreign player who comes in, hasn’t done the business, doesn’t care – and that’s a fact with Martial. Marcus Rashford is now looking like Anthony Martial. As a local player, it’s your job to drag those other players up. If your confidence is down, you’re not scoring goals, or you’re not getting assists, no problem. But you do not stop running for that badge, that shirt and those supporters.”

WHAT KEANE SAID ABOUT RASHFORD

United legend Keane backed up that point by saying of a man that netted 30 times last season, but now finds himself struggling alongside team-mate Martial – who has scored just 12 Premier League goals since the 2020-21 campaign got underway: “He’s a local lad, he’s got the mega deal and that is all well and good. I need a bit more – you run forward but you have to run back. Cover yards. He’s 26 now, he’s not a child anymore. He’s got to set the example. Is he on his own? Absolutely not. He’s one of the experienced players in that dressing room and if he’s not setting the example. We mentioned Martial and I know he’s an easy target. We forgive Martial when he scores a goal every 14 years. But if we’re 1-0 down to Newcastle and we put the ball into the box for you, you better get hold of that ball and get us up the pitch. But he’s just touching it and giving it away cheaply. I’m thinking, ‘You might as well go down the leagues’. Man United were trying to get rid of him a few years ago.”

Man City getting business done early! Brazilian sensation Savio to sign with Cityzens after stellar season on loan at Girona

Manchester City are set to seal their first signing ahead of next season after finalising a deal for Brazilian winger Savio from Troyes.

City set to wrap up deal for SavioClub reviewing contract documentsSavio has lit up La Liga with GironaWHAT HAPPENED?

Savio has been ripping it up while on loan at Girona, fuelling the Catalan minnows' most unlikely La Liga title bid. And City, who part-own Girona as well as French side Troyes, are on the verge of bringing the winger to the Etihad Stadium, according to Fabrizio Romano.

Advertisement(C)Getty ImagesTHE BIGGER PICTURE

Romano claims City have "all contracts ready for Savinho to join the club in July", adding that the documents are being reviewed and are close to being signed. The 19-year-old was bought by Ligue 2 side Troyes in 2022 but has never played for them, instead being loaned out to PSV Eindhoven before linking up with Girona last summer. Savio, who is also known as Savinho, has scored five goals and set up a further seven for Girona, who have exceeded all expectations this season, topping La Liga on various occasions and currently sitting second. They have lost just two games, both against Real Madrid, who now hold a five-point lead at the top after hammering the Catalans 4-0 last Saturday.

DID YOU KNOW?

Savio set his sights on eventually playing for Pep Guardiola's side when he first signed for Troyes, who were acquired by the City Football Group in 2020. "I have the goal of playing for City. I think that when I was signed my goal was always to get to City and I'm working towards that," he told last August.

How Real Madrid should line up for the 2023-24 season: Kylian Mbappe or not, a No.9 must be signed to keep Jude Bellingham in his best position

The failure to replace Karim Benzema leaves Los Blancos with a gaping hole to fill, but doing so with the new English midfielder is a bad idea

Until news of Thibaut Courtois' devastating knee injury filtered out on Thursday, Real Madrid were pretty much set at 10 positions in their line up heading into the new campaign. This is a packed squad, with arguably too many top-quality midfielders to manage.

But aside from the addition of goalkeeper, there was already one gaping hole in Carlo Ancelotti's squad. The departure of and failure to yet replace Karim Benzema has left Madrid with a problem heading into the 2023-24 season. It has long been presumed that would be solved by the arrival of Kylian Mbappe, but the Paris Saint-Germain star's insistence that he will not move this summer has potentially thrown another spanner into the works.

If we remove their issues at either end of the pitch for now, then Madrid can make a case for the rest of their projected line up to the best in the world, and that's regardless of who wins some of the remaining selection competitions. Aurelien Tchouameni, last summer's big-name signing, could find himself frozen out, while Eduardo Camavinga could once again be asked to play at left-back (despite his open disdain for the position.)

So how should Madrid line up going forward? GOAL takes a look at how it all can fit together…

Getty ImagesGK: Andriy Lunin

It's likely that Madrid will dip into the transfer market after the devastating news that Courtois could be out for most if not all of the upcoming season, but without knowing their exact plans for the goalkeeper position, we've gone for Courtois' back-up Andriy Lunin between the sticks.

The Ukraine international has proven himself an able deputy in recent times, but it remains to be seen how he would deal with the pressure if he were to become the regular No.1 over the course of a whole campaign.

AdvertisementGetty ImagesRB: Dani Carvajal

Despite entering the twilight of his career, Dani Carvajal should keep his spot in the XI. It could, though, be his last season as a guaranteed starter. The Spain full-back showed signs of slowing down in 2022-23, and with only two years remaining on his contract, could be seeing his days as a go-to player coming to an end.

Getty ImagesCB: Eder Militao

Comfortably the second best centre-back in La Liga last season, Eder Militao has broken into the Brazil side and figures to be Madrid captain someday. Ancelotti has flirted with the idea of playing Militao at right-back to make room for Antonio Rudiger, but he is best used in the middle.

Getty ImagesCB: David Alaba

Is there a position he can't play? David Alaba is arguably one of the most versatile footballers out there, and could quite comfortably slot in anywhere across the backline. But he's best used as a left-sided centre-back — and has excelled there for two years now.

The fall of Jadon Sancho: From Man Utd and England's £74m hope to public row with Erik ten Hag

The winger made his international debut aged 18 after a stunning breakthrough with Borussia Dortmund, but a hugely promising career has hit a wall

Manchester United had tried to sign Jadon Sancho for years. And who could blame them? The winger was a generational talent, and after leaving the English game in search of first-team football, he had taken the Bundesliga by storm, averaging more than a goal contribution in every game for Borussia Dortmund.

After tracking him from 2018 and then opting against a move in 2019 after haggling over his transfer fee, United finally got their man in July 2021, paying £74 million for an England regular and one of the most coveted players in Europe. But fast-forward two years and Sancho has gone from being English football's next great hope into a ghost-like figure.

He was absent from the United squad for several months last season and when he did return, he often gave anonymous performances, looking shorn of the pace, power and invention that had made him such a thrilling prospect. And after only being given cameo roles in United's opening three games of the 2023-24 season, he was completely absent from the squad for the trip to Arsenal.

Fans assumed he must have been injured, but after the match Erik ten Hag gave a surprisingly honest response when asked about Sancho's absence. "On his performance on training we didn't select him," he said. "You have to reach the level every day at Manchester United. You can make choices in the front line, so in this game, he wasn't selected."

Sancho was quick to bite back and defend himself, claiming he had been made "a scapegoat for a long time". Sancho risked getting himself into trouble with his response, but it was actually refreshing to see him fight back. For too long it has felt like his career has stalled, that the fire he used to have has burned out.

GOAL charts the rise and fall of one of England's brightest talent, who went to Germany and conquered but appears lost back in his homeland.

Raised on the mean streets of South London

Sancho was born and raised in Kennington, South London. The capital's south has turned into a footballing hotbed in the last decade, with a 2021 study revealing that 10 per cent of Premier League players all hailed from the same, 10-mile stretch below the River Thames.

Joe Gomez, Ruben Loftus-Cheek, Aaron Wan-Bissaka, Eberechi Eze and Tammy Abraham are just some of the players to have emerged from South London's football scene, which was the centre of , a TV series presented by Rio Ferdinand. And Sancho, whose skills were honed in the unforgiving concrete pitches dotted around the area, known as cages, was the area's biggest star.

AdvertisementGettyEducated at Watford

Despite being from south of the river, Sancho's first experience of organised football came north of the capital with Watford, where he moved at the age of seven, remaining until he was 15. Even though he left before he could turn professional, he has very fond memories of his time with the Hornets.

“Watford was a lot of fun,” Sancho told United's website in 2022. “I was happy when I was there and I had a lot of freedom when I was playing. That’s what makes me happy and makes me the best player I can be when I’m just free, doing what I love. At Watford I used to work on a lot of skills and I wanted to show people what I can do."

Getty ImagesMoving to the other side of Manchester

Word of Sancho's talents spread across the country and Manchester City came calling in 2015. Sancho said moving to the Blues "was a good opportunity to get out of the hood. There were a lot of bad influences."

He played in the same Under-18s side as Phil Foden and current Real Madrid forward Brahim Diaz, but was itching for a shot at first-team football. When he was left out of Pep Guardiola's squad for the pre-season tour of the United States in 2017 while Foden travelled, Sancho kicked up a fuss and stopped attending training.

Getty ImagesHopping on a plane to Dortmund

While Guardiola did not think Sancho was ready for first-team football, the player thought otherwise and immediately sought a move. Borussia Dortmund were willing takers, snapping him up for around £8m ($10m) in the summer of 2017 and putting him straight into the first-team squad.

Sancho's belief in his own ability was vindicated when he made his first-team debut against Eintracht Frankfurt in October. His first goal came in a 4-0 win against local rivals Bayer Leverkusen in April 2018, the winger setting up two more on the day.

Man Utd picked the wrong Ant(h)ony! Academy graduate Elanga making Erik ten Hag's decision to sell him look foolish as £86m signing struggles

The Red Devils had the exciting Sweden winger on their books but decided to make an expensive and wild bet on the Brazilian instead

The date is February 23, 2022, the city is Madrid and Manchester United fans have a new favourite player as well as a new favourite chant. Their teenage idol has silenced the usually deafening Atletico Madrid supporters at the Metropolitano and all that can be heard is a new version of a 1990s smash hit.

"Rhythm is a dancer, Anthony Elanga, come and stop him if you dare," sing the visiting fans. "Comes from Scandinavia, he's United's saviour, scoring goals from everywhere." Elanga has just equalised for United in the Spanish capital and, four days previously, he had scored in a 4-2 win against rivals Leeds.

It helps that he has been with the club since he was 12 and is a pacey winger with tricky feet, following in a fine tradition of United favourites from George Best to Ryan Giggs to Cristiano Ronaldo. There is a sense that he is saving United, too, not just from defeat to Atletico, but also from a gloomy season in which they have already sacked Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and suffered a series of humiliating defeats.

Elanga is also an exciting new figure for United fans to believe in less than a month after that shocking audio of Mason Greenwood emerged, leading to his arrest and his banishment from the squad. The future looks bright for Elanga at Old Trafford.

But fast forward two years and Elanga has left the club, joining Nottingham Forest last summer for a paltry free of £15 million ($19m), having made just five Premier League starts under Erik ten Hag compared to 14 the previous campaign under Solskjaer and Ralf Rangnick.

Meanwhile, Antony, the player who was signed for a whopping £85m ($107m) and took Elanga's place in the team, cannot even get in the starting line-up amid an injury crisis. As United head to Nottingham Forest in the fifth round of the FA Cup, the last chance to save their season, it is tempting to conclude that they put their faith in the wrong winger called Ant(h)ony…

Getty ImagesNot quite justifying the hype

It is worth pointing out that the initial hype about Elanga generated was slightly wide of the mark and the Swede was not yet ready to be United's saviour. He was still only 19 and struggled to sparkle in the second-leg defeat against Atletico Madrid and in the numerous other matches he started in the final stretch of that dismal campaign, in which United recorded their lowest ever points total in the Premier League.

But he had shown enough promise not to be completely written off either, yet that is what Erik ten Hag seemed to do when he took over later that summer. The manager did give Elanga three consecutive starts early on in the season against Liverpool, Southampton and Leicester and he did not quite deliver, but he can't have been playing too badly as United won all three. By that point, however, Ten Hag had effectively undermined the Swede by urging the club to sign Antony from Ajax and at an extortionately high cost.

The manager had naturally wanted extra reinforcements after the opening defeats to Brighton and Brentford but if there was one area of the squad that definitely did not need addressing, it was wide forwards. Antony's arrival took the number of wingers to four, joining Marcus Rashford, Jadon Sancho and Elanga. It was five if you counted Alejandro Garnacho, who had come on the pre-season tour and soon began knocking on the first team's door.

Garnacho's stunning performances deservedly saw him get more and more opportunities and Elanga continued to be marginalised. And this was despite the fact that Antony's promising start (three goals in his first three games, a club record) had quickly given way to a barren period in which the Brazilian contributed zero goals and zero assists in the league in the space of six months.

Elanga ended the campaign with just seven starts in all competitions. His last appearance was hardly a nice memory, being introduced for the final five minutes of the humiliating 7-0 demolition by Liverpool at Anfield, when United were already six goals down.

AdvertisementGetty ImagesTwelve goal contributions

Elanga was one of many players the club had decided to sell last summer but one of the few there was legitimate interest in. Forest, who love a transfer nearly as much as Chelsea, were glad to take Elanga off United's hands and the forward knew he had to make the move to get his stalling career back on track.

"It is the right time now for the perfect next step in my career. I'm someone who lives for football and I need to be on the pitch every week doing what I love," Elanga wrote in an emotional farewell statement. "We'll always have 'Rhythm is a dancer'. It meant the world to me and my family every time that we heard that chant."

Elanga has been superb for Forest, lighting up an otherwise tricky season for the Tricky Trees. He needed less than two minutes of action off the bench away to Arsenal to get his first assist for Forest and did not take long to get his first goal, the only strike in a historic win at Chelsea.

In 18 starts and seven appearances as a sub, Elanga has five goals and seven assists in the Premier League. That's more goal contributions than any other Forest player and indeed any United player. And it's a darn sight better than Antony, who has no goals and no assists in the league despite making 20 appearances.

Getty'I wanted a fresh start'

United might well be looking back at the decision to get rid of Elanga as one of many recruitment errors they have made in the last few years and which Sir Jim Ratcliffe's INEOS experts will be seeking to put right now they have taken control of the club's football operation.

Looking at how well Elanga has done at the City Ground, Forest got a real bargain while United badly sold themselves short in accepting just £15m for a player who has out-scored every United player bar Scott McTominay and Hojlund. Elanga, however, does not appear to be looking back.

“Sometimes football is like that, it might not always work somewhere,” Elanga told The Times. “I had seen what he [Ten Hag] did at Ajax so I was looking forward to it but I just didn’t get the opportunities.

“It was difficult but it was needed because I wanted to play and I didn’t want to spend another season just playing 10 minutes or not playing for 10 games. I wanted a fresh start but I knew it wouldn’t be easy leaving a club that I had been at for nine years."

Getty ImagesAntony still struggling

While Elanga has thrived away from United, Antony has continued to flop while remaining with the Red Devils. And the City Ground has mixed memories for the Brazilian. Last year he broke his six-month goal drought by scoring for United and got a rare assist by setting up Diogo Dalot in a sweeping move.

But in December he had one of his worst ever games for United in a grim 2-1 defeat. To make matters worse, he was outshone by Elanga. Former United goalkeeper Peter Schmeichel did not hold back in his criticism: "He doesn't give much to the team. He frustrates his team-mates. It's really frustrating. He's had an opportunity for a long time, this is a player that hasn't scored this season, he's not made an assist and he's not scored, it's like he's not really understanding the game."

Antony has not started a league match since that drab performance at the City Ground. He has, at least, managed to get off the mark for the season, getting his only goal and assist in the 4-2 win over fourth division Newport County in the FA Cup fourth round.

After that match he gave a defiant interview in which he vowed to put things right. "I fought hard to reach the levels of playing for this club, I know I can build on yesterday’s performance and continue to show my qualities," he said. "I pushed myself day after day for better performances.

"I will continue to completely close myself off to improve and play the football that United hired me to do. The whole club, every fan, deserves the best from each one of us. United is one of the biggest clubs in the world, where everyone wants to be and it's where I want to build my story."

Manchester United winners, losers and ratings as Fernandes ends miserable road slump

The Premier League table looks a lot healthier for Ten Hag after second-successive win

Manchester United ended a run of seven straight defeats on the road with a 1-0 win against Southampton on Saturday, as Bruno Fernandes' second-half strike secured a first away victory since beating Leeds 4-2 in February.

Erik ten Hag's side have now won back-to-back games after seeing off Liverpool on Monday to put their miserable start to the campaign behind them. Manchester United had lost their opening two games to plunge the new manager's reign into crisis – but the table looks a lot healthier after successive wins, with £60 million signing Casemiro making his debut as a late substitute.

There will be fresh questions about the futures of Harry Maguire and Cristiano Ronaldo, who were both left out of the starting line-up again, but that will be a question for another day as the Red Devils will be pleased with their performance at St. Mary's.

GettyThe Winners

Bruno Fernandes:

For a long time it looked like a deeply frustrating day for Fernandes, given his poor use of the ball and failure to take one of two chances during a first half goalmouth scramble.

But he did what he does so well by providing the crucial goal that secured three points for United.

Ten Hag needs to find the best way to incorporate him in his midfield – but he is a match-winner and that is what makes him so important to Manchester United.

David de Gea:

His second half save proved vital when Joe Aribo got the wrong side of Raphael Varane and powerfully headed towards the target.

De Gea's used quick reflexes to push the shot away from close range to maintain Manchester United's lead.

He was at fault for at least two goals in the 4-0 defeat to Brentford – but here he was ensuring Manchester United held on for the win at St Mary's.

Tyrell Malacia:

There is a lot to like about the left-back – and it hasn't taken long for him to force his way into the starting line-up ahead of Luke Shaw.

Tenacious defensively and ambitious going forward, right now it is his position to lose.

United might have unearthed a gem in the Netherlands international, who cost just £13 million.

AdvertisementGetty ImagesThe Losers

Harry Maguire:

Left out for the second game in succession after Ten Hag warned him the captaincy wouldn't guarantee a starting place.

These are early days in the season, but the signs aren't good for the England international – especially ahead of the World Cup.

Ten Hag wants to establish a consistent centre-back pairing and Varane and Martinez are the ones being given the chance to stake their claim.

Marcus Rashford:

Given another shot at the point of attack – but was nowhere near as effective as he was against Liverpool.

Looked lost at times in the first half and was barely a threat on goal.

Should have gambled to get in the box to meet a wicked cross from Eriksen, but was nowhere to be seen.

Cristiano Ronaldo:

That's three games out of the first four this season that Ronaldo has been left out of the starting line-up.

His lack of pre-season was the reason for his absence on the opening day of United's campaign against Brighton – but he has had three weeks since then to work on his conditioning.

He is now out of the team for tactical reasons, which will not sit well with the Portuguese legend.

Will he still be here when United are next in action – against Leicester on transfer deadline day?

Getty ImagesManchester United Ratings: Defence

David De Gea (7/10):

Stunning save denied Aribo from close range. Needed that after his nightmare at Brentford. Still a great shot-stopper.

Diogo Dalot (8/10):

Growing into his role as first choice right-back. Pushed high up to keep United on the front foot. Picked out a clever cross for Fernandes to score and late clearance also denied Southampton.

Raphael Varane (7/10):

Good anticipation in the air when Southampton were more direct – but had to rely on De Gea when allowing Aribo to get goal-side of him.

Lisandro Martinez (9/10):

Good aerially and utterly dominant on the ground. That Brentford game is well behind him now. Looks a fixture in the heart of defence.

Tyrell Malacia (7/10):

Loves to engage and threw himself into everything, either in the air or on the ground. Got forward well in support.

@ManUtdMidfield

Scott McTominay (6/10):

Won some important headers in the air and tried to run beyond Southampton's midfield. Good energy and put in a defensive shift as United were pushed back late on.

Christian Eriksen (8/10):

Precise passes helped in congested areas – and his first half cross deserved to be finished by someone. Unfortunate to see effort blocked during goalmouth scramble.

Bruno Fernandes (7/10):

He is a game-changer and his goal did precisely that. Still questions over his use of the ball and ability to retain possession – but the quality of his finish was beyond doubt.

The most controversial boots of all time: adidas, PUMA, Serafino and more

Controversial or simply ahead of their time?

Whenever football boots attract controversy, it's usually due to some sort of customisation from the player. You don’t need to cast your mind that far back to remember Wrexham striker Paul Mullins’ appearance in the news for the political messages covering his boots last year.

That’s not the only reason that boots can find themselves in hot water. Everything from new technology to controversial colours has seen boots be criticised in the past. With that in mind, we’ve compiled a list of some of football’s most controversial boots of all time. Some of the boots on the list were banned, while others were widely ridiculed, and sometimes the manufacturers saw sense and decided to cancel production. Some even went on to become world-famous designs.

SerafinoSerafino 4th Edge

It takes a lot to disrupt the football boot market. A handful of brands have dominated the space for as long as anyone can remember, but that hasn’t stopped new brands from cropping up and trying to do things differently. One of the most famous – or maybe infamous – attempts came in 2015 when Italian-Australian designer John Serafino came up with a design that celebrated the humble toe-poke.

Dubbed the Serafino 4th Edge, the silhouette had a completely flat surface on the end of the toe, designed to improve the power and accuracy of toe pokes. At the time of its launch, the boot was backed by Harry Redknapp, Nigel Clough and Glenn Hoddle, although it struggled to gain a foothold in the market and disappeared from view. In the years since its launch, Serafino has refocused its “technology” on the NFL, although still with limited success.

Advertisementadidasadidas Primeknit FS

Back in 2014, adidas launched an innovative new design into the football world. Dubbed the Primeknit FS, the new silhouette was the first football boot to combine the boot and sock. The boot itself wasn’t terrible – a laceless black boot similar to the Samba Primeknit that Luis Suarez was wearing at the time – but the addition of the sock section was where the boot fell down.

The calf-high sock was covered with white Three Stripe branding and red trim, and immediately attracted controversy. adidas had unveiled the design while still in the concept phase and had discussed having them on the pitch within a year. That wasn’t to be, though, and to the players’ immense relief, the adidas Primeknit FS never saw the light of day.

Shop the adidas PRIMEKNIT collection here.

PUMAPUMA evoSPEED SL

Durability is a key quality for any pair of boots, meaning that you can wear them over and over again, and they can cope with whatever conditions you put them in. PUMA decided to completely give up on this with the evoSPEED SL, focusing instead on their lightweight construction – they weighed just 103 grams – although this had some unfortunate downsides.

Right from the off, PUMA was open that the boots could only be worn 10 times before they started to disintegrate. While the brand incorporated this into its marketing strategy (a sticker said that the boots were “not for training days”) it was still widely criticised at the time. I guess there’s a reason that all boots are designed to last longer than 10 uses nowadays.

JOMAJOMA Champion Max

When Spanish sportswear label JOMA unveiled the Champion Max silhouette in 2017, people saw an instant likeness. The high-cut design, the branding and even the patterns across the upper all shared similarities with the Nike Mercurial Superfly V. At least the sole unit wasn’t inspired by that boot, although some fans noticed that it resembled the adidas X 17+ in that regard.

While the Champion Max design was mocked for its similarities, the JOMA boot also retailed for half the price of the Mercurial Superfly V. Its affordability showed, though, with criticisms of its heavier design, as well as an upper that was stiffer and less flexible than its inspirations.

Lehmann has told of adding her name to the guest list: “I’m really looking forward to the Baller League. This is a great idea that combines a lot of things from today: pure football, entertainment and then making the whole thing accessible to fans via social media – for a generation that sees itself in all of these points. I think the Baller League is very attractive. I grew up with street football and always watched indoor football. During the winter break it was a real experience that I was looking forward to. The idea of offering this football a stage and bringing it back to the field with honest rules and lots and lots of fun – I wanted to be part of that. That’s also my style, my understanding of football and my DNA.”

THE BIGGER PICTURE

The ‘Baller League’ – which is being pieced together by World Cup winners Podolski and Hummels – is taking inspiration from Barcelona legend Gerard Pique’s ‘Kings League’ in Spain, where teams are managed by celebrity coaches and the likes of Sergio Aguero have taken to the field.
